HOUSE IN CARVALHAL
The plot features a prominent pine tree at the northern boundary. The single-story house offers a predominantly closed northern facade, contrasting with expansive openings to the south and west, where the social spaces and the master bedroom are located. A small dune is shaped for privacy purposes. A sheltered courtyard features a pool and a tree, providing comfort during windy or hot days. The modular structure comprises a vaulted concrete roof, in response to the condominium regulations, which mandated pitched roofs.
