APARTMENT SP
The refurbishment aimed to enhance connectivity between the living rooms. Built during the early days of concrete construction, an inverted beam was discovered between the rooms, prompting an on-site adjustment of plans. The story of the bench is intertwined with the discovery of this peculiar beam, emerging as a solution from an unexpected constraint. In the kitchen, noble materials such as walnut wood, lioz stone, and artisanal tiles were selected to harmonize with the building's nature. Walnut was subtly incorporated into the bi-fold panels, in the handle detail.
